We left for Lima on Saturday, October 18. We both only got a few hours of sleep. Our flight left Salt Lake City around 9:50 am. Many people stopped to talk to us because they saw our missionary name tags. We talked to several people about the church. There are so many people who need to hear the Gospel.We arrived in Lima around 11:30 pm. We had to stand in long lines to go through Immigration and Customs. Thankfully, we didn’t have to have our bags searched. It was 2:30 am by the time we finally got to our apartment. We had to get up for church at 8:30 am that same morning.
